Scope and contact

This notice applies to the corporate, product-information and support website www.twicup.com. The responsible provider is TWICUP AG, Switzerland. For privacy enquiries, contact mail@twicup.com.

Providing the website

The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH in Germany. When you visit, your browser transmits technical connection data to the hosting provider. This includes your IP address, the time and target of the request, and information supplied by the browser, such as its identifier and, where applicable, the referring page. The server also records whether the request succeeded and the amount of data transferred.

This processing serves to deliver the pages, operate the website securely and identify and investigate technical faults or attacks. According to STRATO's information, IP addresses used to detect and prevent attacks are stored for no more than seven days.

For its hosting statistics, STRATO describes separate access logs with anonymised IP or host information, available for the preceding six weeks. According to the provider, graphical statistics generated from them remain available for several years. Details are provided in STRATO's information on statistics and log files.

Cookies, fonts and page functions

The pages supplied by TWICUP do not set cookies, use local browser storage or include advertising or analytics scripts. Navigation does not require personal information. Images and fonts are not loaded from external font or image services. The hosting logs described above are separate from these page functions.

Contact by email

An email link opens your configured email application. Your sender address, message and any attachments are transmitted only when you send the email yourself. We use this information to process and respond to your enquiry. Please include only information needed for that purpose and do not send passwords or unnecessary confidential material.

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and maintain an appropriate record of the exchange. They are then deleted unless legal retention duties or other necessary retention grounds apply.

Links to the App Store

After an app is released, its page will link to the Apple App Store. Opening such a link connects you to Apple's service, where Apple's privacy information applies.

Privacy in the apps

This website and the apps are separate services. Full app privacy policies will be provided on the following pages before the respective App Store launches. Pages that are still in preparation are explicitly marked.
